  Kody helped me get a new phones last night. We already knew the phones we wanted (Moto Z2 and S8 note). He made sure we knew about all the new features and accessories. He's very well informed and when we had a question he didn't know the answer to, he quickly did the research to get it. He went over the advantage of trading in or keeping old phones. So, we kept one and traded one in to cover accessories. He was very polite and patient as we had to wait for the wife to get off work. Thank you Kody
