    The service at this store is absolutely non-existent. I arrived at the store about 20 min before closing. Basically, I came in just to purchase a phone to replace my galaxy S III. I had researched the internet beforehand and knew exactly what model phone I wanted and the specifications, Galaxy J7 with removable battery. I expressed my wishes to the salesclerk who approached me and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the phone and quickly moved toward the computer to process the sale. However, he was unable to bring up my name on the account as an authorized user upon which he said he couldn't sell me the phone. I then informed him I would purchase the phone and pay for it in full. He referred me to a female associate that said I would be unable to buy the phone without being an authorized user. I inquired why not and she deferred me to her manager who conferred could not purchase the phone for that account without being an authorized user. Trying to reason with them was certainly futile as the manager insisted that they could not sell me a phone regardless and weren't giving me any encouragement to pursue this purchase with payment in full for the phone. Frustrated, I left the store furious at the shoddy treatment I received and the level of professionalism amongst the entire crew was non-existent. There was absolutely no attempt by any of the five or six employees including the manager at providing an amicable resolution to this matter. I left empty handed and very disgusted. Bad manners and ignorance must be a contagious virus! As a loyal customer of T-Mobile for well over 12 - 15 years I never have encountered such horrible service. The employees and their manager need training in customer sales and service management and decorum. I won't be surprised if this store doesn't close its door for lack of customers in the very near future. I love my T-mobile phone service. As a loyal customer, I reported this incident to T-mobile corporate. If they don't know there is a problem, it can't be fixed. I only buy a phone every four to five years and I expect the same courteous service at any of the T-mobile stores as I receive from the provider of that service, T-mobile. BTW, the only reason this business received the one star was so I could post this review!
