  I don’t know how many times I could’ve stressed to the staff on how scared I was of losing my photos of my children when buying a new phone. They promised me they wouldn’t reset the phone until it was all backed to iCloud, but I still didn’t get them and yet she went ahead and reset the phone anyways after I asked multiple times to wait until I for sure had all the photos. I called iCloud and they said the employee reset the phone while it was still uploading so I lost all the photos of my daughter.... I don’t get how someone could be so careless. Now when I’m older I won’t have anything to look back on of my baby.
