  I was lost trying to find what I was looking for either they thought I was trying to steal something or was happy to help me when the gentleman came on up I ask for help Pleasant kind nice person everything got taken care of ordered what I need and it be delivered to my house

  My husband and I bought a new Calphalon cookware set today from this Surprise location and had a great experience. The manager, Brian, helped us with all of our questions and was very kind and attentive. The cashier (I think her name was Laura, but it started with an “L”) was also great because she made sure to get someone to help us with our questions from the very beginning. Excellent staff at this location! Thank you for your awesome customer service.
